Why do I have to pay more if I am travelling alone?
Many operators offer a single supplement, this can be restricted to certain tours.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed on board the vehicles?
For the health and safety of our passengers, smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on any vehicle. However, cigarettes and unopened alcoholic beverages can be transported in the luggage hold for use at the destination.

What is the luggage allowance?
Due to health and safety reasons, the luggage allowance is 18kg per person. If your luggage appears to exceed 18kg, the driver may refuse to lift it. Please pack a separate bag if your Tour includes overnight stops.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for your tours?
We offer Holiday Gift Vouchers in denominations of £10, £25 and £50. These can be redeemed against any of our day trips or tours.

How much Deposit is required?
We require a deposit of just £20.00 per person with the balance due 28 days prior to the departure of your chosen holiday or short break.

How do I know the pick-up time?
You will be sent a Travel Ticket which will confirm your exact departure time. This will be issued one week before your departure.

Can we book seats together?
You will automatically be allocated seats together when booking. If this is not possible, you will be advised before continuing with your reservation. Specific seats will not be allocated on coaches which operate on feeder services.
